Size Guide

UGG boots are designed to feel snug at first. The premium wool lining will settle and shape to your feet after a few wears, creating a custom fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a bit more room, we recommend selecting the next size up.

To find your perfect fit, measure your foot from heel to toe and compare it with our size chart.

How to measure:

1. Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
2. Mark the longest part of your foot (heel to toe) on the paper.
3. Measure the distance between these two marks in centimeters.

Size Standards:

• L = Women's AU sizing
• M = Men's AU sizing

Although the exterior is water-resistant, our UGG boots are lined with genuine sheepskin. To keep them looking their best, please follow these care instructions:

Cleaning:

• For the waterproof outer layer, simply wipe with a damp, soft cloth.
• Use a suede brush to remove dirt and dust from any non-waterproof sections.
• Spot clean with cold water and a soft cloth if needed.

Drying:

• If the interior gets damp, stuff with paper to maintain shape.
• Air dry in a ventilated space away from direct heat or sunlight.

Please Avoid:

• Machine washing or tumble drying.
• Using heaters or hairdryers to speed up drying.
• Soaking the boots completely in water.
