Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our returns and exchanges policy carefully before placing an order.


Australian Consumer Law

  • This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

  • If an item is faulty, defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with ACL.


Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

  • Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

  • All returns or exchanges must be approved before items are sent back.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Change of Mind / Incorrect Size

For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection:

  • Refunds are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee (4% of the total order value).

  • This fee is charged by the payment processor and is not recovered by us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Where possible, we recommend an exchange or store credit as a faster alternative.


Faulty Items or Our Error

If the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part:

  • A full refund will be issued, including all transaction fees.

  • Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


How to Start a Return

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
