This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

If an item is faulty, defective, damaged, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with ACL.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

Returns or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

All returns or exchanges must be approved before items are sent back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change of Mind / Incorrect Size
For returns due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection:

Refunds are subject to a non-refundable transaction fee (4% of the total order value).

This fee is charged by the payment processor and is not recovered by us.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Where possible, we recommend an exchange or store credit as a faster alternative.
Faulty Items or Our Error
If the return is due to a faulty item or an error on our part:

A full refund will be issued, including all transaction fees.

Return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
