Please stand on a piece of paper, mark the top of your top and the back of your heel and then measure the distance between these two points. This is going to give you far more precise and accurate measurements.
It would be a good idea to purchase a size up as the wool lining tends to up some of the room normally reserved for your feet.
L means Lady's size; M means men's size

How to measure:
- Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel against a wall.
- Mark the longest part of your foot (heel to toe) on the paper.
- Measure the distance between these two marks in centimeters.

Cleaning:
- For the waterproof outer layer, simply wipe with a damp, soft cloth.
- Use a suede brush to remove dirt and dust from any non-waterproof sections.
- Spot clean with cold water and a soft cloth if needed.
Drying:
- If the interior gets damp, stuff with paper to maintain shape.
- Air dry in a ventilated space away from direct heat or sunlight.
Please Avoid:
- Machine washing or tumble drying.
- Using heaters or hairdryers to speed up drying.
- Soaking the boots completely in water.
